• Fast excellent service! I thought my iPhone was trash but thanks to Dave my phone was back up and running in a few short hours. I didn’t trust sending my phone away for service and waiting so it was reassuring to find a repair shop locally to fix the problem. The cell phone providers want you to think your phone is disposable to lock you into a new phone, long term contracts and a limited data plan. Now if my iPhone breaks I know I have options. • I found iCracked on Google while trying to get my iPhone 6 plus repaired on a Friday evening. I has broken the screen and didn’t have the time to wait the three days it was going to take to get it repaired using my insurance nor did I want a refurbished phone replacing my fairly new one. I called the store at 6:00 pm on a Friday and left a voice mail since the store was listed as open until 8:00. I got a callback minutes later from Dave, the owner, a personable guy who’s said that he was at dinner with friends and although he couldn’t repair the phone that evening, we set an appointment for 8am the following morning. I had already called a few places that were closer but none were cheaper and at least one was considerably more. When I arrived on Saturday, I realized that the shop didn’t even open for another hour and that Dave had come in early for me. We had a quick and friendly conversation and I took out to grab something to eat to kill forty five minutes and when I got back, the phone was like new, with a new screen and shatterproof screen protector installed.
